Terms and Conditions of Booking - Compton Cottage

Bookings

• All booking to be confirmed with a £60 non-refundable deposit, the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
• Late bookings subject to availability payment on arrival.
• Please make cheque's payable to Mrs C Young and post to the address detailed on the left of this page.

Property

Compton cottage is let for the number of people specified with no exception unless a prior arrangement is agreed.
All members of your party further agree not to use the cottage for any commercial purposes, including without limitation, assigning or subletting it or allowing anyone to occupy it that has not previously been accepted by us.

All members of your party agree to keep the property clean & tidy and all furniture fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair and condition as found at the beginning of the holiday period. You also undertake to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
All members of your party agree not to smoke inside the cottage.

You and your party are responsible for the costs of any damage or breakages to the property and its contents.

Arrivals and Departure - 7 Nights

After 3.00pm on day of arrival.
Departure no later than 11.00am please.
These time may be flexible on request.

Prices are fully inclusive of VAT, electricity and oil.
Bed linen, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided.
